Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa
Henrique Sá Pessoa is one of Portugal’s most-loved chefs and one of the country’s greatest food ambassadors.
After having garnered much experience whilst working abroad, Henrique Sá Pessoa joined the Plateform group to help develop a number of tailor-made projects, such as Cais da Pedra, Tapisco and Balcão.

His signature cuisine has earned the Alma restaurant two stars in the Michelin Guide, for two years in a row.

More Portuguese than ever, the Cais da Pedra menu includes such Henrique Sá Pessoa classics as Bacalhau à Brás (cod) and Bitoque da Vazia (rump steak).
